It is devastating that Raf Simons’ fall/winter 2011-2012 will not be produced unless another financial backer steps in. Raf Simons had severed their manufacturing relationship with Futurepresent. I hope he find another partner soon. His latest collection for me is the best one that was shown in Milan and Paris. He delivered a very forward and very wearable collection. It is really homage to craftsmanship.
These clothes should be in store and in most men’s wardrobes. I really believe that his own line should survive. People need to see more of Raf creation aside from what he does for Jil Sander.
