Invented by DuPont scientists on April 17, 1930, Neoprene (trade name used by DuPont Performance Elastomers.) or polychloroprene is a family of synthetic rubbers that is used in a wide variety of applications, such as in wetsuits, laptop sleeves, orthopedic braces, fly fishing waders, .etc. Lately Neoprene has been appearing in a lot of designers’ collection, from accessories to clothes. Here is a brief look on the fashion using Neoprene.
