Inspired by Winter Olympic games and the action on the wintery landscape of Innsbruck in 1976.
BOSS BLACK
Big 80 are influenced. The collection according to Hugo Boss was created under the thematic heading “Winter Cuts” and feature the interplay of masculine and feminine elements, precision cuts and impactful details. For BOSS Black menswear the offered classic tailoring and a mix of formal and informal styles.
C.NEEON
Strong colours and geometric shapes from the collection were inspired by the Russian artist and co-founder of Orphism art movement, Sonja Delaunay. For their accessories on the collection C.Neeon designers Doreen Schulz and Clara Leskovar partnered with accessory designer Rike Feurstein in order to complete their playful yet clear and strong looks.
DESIGNER FOR TOMORROW
With the ‘Designer for Tomorrow’ Award, Peek & Cloppenburg KG Düsseldorf promotes the next generation of German designers. From the huge number of entries submitted, the prestigious jury had the task of selecting eight candidates to present their designs at Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week Berlin
EASTPAK
Street clothes were shown together with EASPAK new bags. Prints, big logos, colourful or uncoloured for urban men.
JOOP!
JOOP! Creative Director Dirk Schönberger debuted the new segment of the Men´s Firstline collection, "Fashion Casual", a more casual and less formal array of styles. Together with "Fashion Formal", the JOOP! Men´s Firstline collection provides flawless style for a wide variety of occasions, taking the wearer effortlessly from day to evening.
KILLINA KERNER
Cologne born and raised designer Kilian Kerner presented my favourite collection in Berlin fashion week. His show really has a distinct point of view on men’s wear. I love the whole outfit on photo no.1 & 2 .
His AW 09/10 collection, "Good night my lovely," („gute nacht, du wunderschöne(r),") is about elegantly jousting through life. The menswear collection was highlighted by use of checked materials in dark shades from grey and black to blue and green.The concept "fashion and music" has been ongoing theme for his collection. The Berlin band Splinter X has produced a song according to the sensitive subject surrounding the collection.
MICHALSKY
“Real Clothes for Real People” is the mantra for designer Michalsk’s two primary collection. He wants his clothesg and accessories will enable consumers to express their own individuality.
The Brand MICHALSKY is his high fashion line. This collection a luxury clothes that combines classic styles with street wear influences to create discrete luxury for the urban wearer who values quality and tradition but demands contemporary style.
M67-Michalsky Jeans Berlin is a true authentic denim collection for those in the know. It´s inspired by youth culture and its connection to music.
STRENESSE BLUE
Strenesse Blue collection showed classic modern clothes for fall/winter.
