Confession of the Mask

In its very simple definition mask is a covering we put over our face. But the meaning behind why we put on a mask is very wide and much more complicated. Jung said that the mask is the persona we present to the outside world designed on the one hand to make a definite impression upon others, and, on the other, to conceal the true nature of the individual.
